Exercise Time


The recommended usage time for the product is 1–3 hours per session,
repeated 2–3 times for your workout.

Exercise intensity may vary from person to person. Generally, wear it at a level of extension pain you can tolerate for 1–3 hours.

If you think, “I don’t have enough time for a relaxed workout,” then wear as many silicone balls as you can comfortably endure for about 1 hour. Afterward, either take a break or lightly wear it and continue with jelqing exercises.



Exercise Intensity

If you increase the intensity, reduce the workout time; or if you use moderate intensity, increase the workout duration. (It varies among individuals, so choose based on your own condition.)


* We recommend watching the video first to learn how to wear it properly.

* For beginners, use it when the penis is not erect or only slightly erect. If you wear it with a fully erect penis, it may slip off once the erection subsides.

* When wrapping the silicone band around the penis, make sure it is secured tightly so the device does not come off.


Jelqing Exercise Device

Exercise by placing it between your thighs and rubbing.

  • The silicone body is made of a soft silicone material that is highly durable and will not be damaged unless intentionally torn.   • How to Wear It for the Rubbing Exercise

  • 1. Fold the silicone body, then place it on the penis in the opposite direction from your usual setup.

  • 2. Unfold the silicone body. You will see that it is reversed compared to how you normally wear it.

    3. You can begin exercising without tying the fixing band.

    4. While wearing the silicone body, push the penis as far inward between your legs as possible. The silicone will adhere to the skin, preventing slipping or shifting during the rubbing motion. In this case, we recommend wearing just the silicone body or using only one ball.

If you find that you don’t have enough time to exercise at a leisurely pace, wear as many silicone balls as you can handle for about 1 hour until it becomes hard to tolerate. Then either rest or wear it lightly and continue with jelqing exercises.

The stronger the intensity, the shorter the exercise time, or use a moderate intensity to lengthen your workout. (Individual differences apply. Decide based on your own condition.)
